An association of enthusiasts has given itself the mission to revive an artisanal oil mill, located in a small hamlet in the town of Villemaréchal, Boisroux. This one, the last of its "species", still in working order in the Ile-de-France, was awarded for the quality of its restoration. It opens its doors twice a year to the public for discovery visits that end with a tasting / sale of rapeseed and nut oils. Open to the public, without reservation, during the Heritage Days and the Oil Festival (mid-August). Free visits. Visit by reservation for groups (15 to 40 people).
