In an old inn over a hundred years old, where the painter Alfred Sisley stayed, beams and stonework are in perfect harmony with the chef's refined, traditional cuisine. Changed every three months, the menu features fresh seasonal produce. As for desserts, La Palette constantly offers a trompe-l'œil. Selected by an oenologist, the wines also change every season, depending on the menu.
