It is a pleasure for us to welcome you to our bed and breakfast in the Episy lock, 10 km from Fontainebleau (hiking, climbing, fishing, canoeing) and 5 km from Moret-sur-Loing.

Come and enjoy the calm in our new room with all the comforts.

The entrance is private, the air-conditioned room of 17 m² is equipped with a private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, towel dryer and hair dryer), an equipped kitchen (microwave oven, induction hob, fridge, hood, Dolce Gusto coffee maker) and a private terrace with a bistro table.
You will have access to the Family Spa from May to, you will simply have to notify us in advance so that it is at the right temperature (it increases by around 1 ° every hour)
You will have coffee and tea at your discretion for breakfast and in the morning we will bring you homemade pastries (pains au lait, brioches, breads) accompanied by jams.
The room is non-smoking.
It will be possible to arrive from 4 p.m. and departures will be around 11 a.m.

Many tourist sites are nearby and I will be happy to advise you for the success of your stay. I will leave the brochures proposing walks, hikes, restaurants in the region…

A stone's throw from our bed and breakfast is a magnificent site: the Episy marsh which is a biodiversity hotspot known to botanists for its rich flora and dragonfly species where walkers will take a pontoon in raised wood, to better discover the riches of the marsh.
You will also be able from our home to follow the path of hallage and to make easy hikes on the banks of the Loing on foot or by bike.

Less than 5 minutes by car, you have the forest of Fontainebleau the village of Moret-sur-Loing and the plain of Sorques where the facilities have been designed so that walkers discover a maximum of diversity of landscapes and animal and plant species. During your walk, ornithological observatories will also allow you to discreetly observe the birds parked on the ponds.

You can practice trout fishing by the Episy ponds, 10 minutes away by car.
Besides Fontainebleau, its castle and its forest, Moret-sur-Loing and its medieval and impressionist past, you can visit Montereau and its Napoleonic past and its ceramic museum.
You can go to Nemours and its prehistoric museum.
Going a little further you have the castle of Vaux-le-Vicomte, and Blandy the towers without forgetting the village of Barbizon made so famous by its painters.
