ROSA BONHEUR'S WORKSHOP
Since May 25, 1899, time has stopped in Rosa Bonheur's workshop
All the objects of his daily life are there, in their place: his embroidered blouse, his hat, his boots, his palettes, his brushes, his colors, his sketchbooks or notes, to his cigarette butts . It is one of the few artists' studios preserved "as it was" and open to visitors. In small groups, visitors are invited to enter the world of the artist, in the intimacy of his studio, his office, his photo lab to discover his unique story through many anecdotes all more extraordinary than the others.
